BDF work involves a mix of low to high volume with moderate to complex geometry in various materials. Brinkman Industrial and Defense has a complete complement of current DMG Mori and Doosan Mills and Lathes (see equipment lists). Additionally, we have established dedicated machining cells for our customers. No interruptions in the machining process results in quality parts delivered on time to our customers.

Fixtures, Castings, Forgings
Brinkman realizes the difficulty and long lead-times associated with the procurement of castings and forgings. Let our experienced design engineers work with you to develop the correct fixtures and tooling that will get the job done right the first time. We machine hundreds of different castings and forgings on a regular basis.
Deburring / Finishing
If ultra-complex deburring is a requirement look no further. Brinkman Industrial and Defense has a dedicated finishing room with three full-time deburring/finishing people, combined they share over 65+ years of experience in the Aerospace Field. Our services include Micro Deburring, Deburring to 30x capabilities with Leica microscopes, Glass Bead/Sand Blast Capability and Micro Blast Capabilities. Our finishing team is second to none!
